Weddings

Marriage Prep 101
In my many years as a Wedding Planner, I see first hand the work couples put into planning their special day. But when the wedding is over, that’s when the real work begins. It’s my pleasure to have couples join me for an intimate journey where we look at all aspects, “After I Do”!
As a certified Life Coach I support couples to embrace change and adjust their mindsets as they build a life together as one. Through group and one-on-one sessions we look at love languages, personality traits, belief systems and much more!

Wedding Officiants
KEI Details provides licensed, professional and trusted officials that take pride in ensuring that our clients have memorable wedding ceremonies. We provide a relaxed yet fun and elegant experience at the location of your choice. We demonstrate a genuine interest in our couples and will work with them to create the perfect and unique vision for their special day and a personalized ceremony that truly reflects who they are as a couple.
We are proven to be reliable and responsive while being genuine and compassionate. From the initial consultation to the wedding rehearsal through to the wedding day, our professionals will guide you throughout the full process and review all the pertinent details needed for your special day. Short notice ceremonies are also welcomed.

KEI Care – Day-of Coordination
Day-of package! Let us take care of your entire day!
- A KEI launch in person consultation
- Phone and/or email correspondence
- A KEI consultant will attend the ceremony rehearsal
- An in depth review of the day-of itinerary
- We provide pre ceremony services on location for the bride/groom (wake up calls also available upon
- request)
A KEI consultant will:
- Manage vendor arrivals, set ups, deliveries
- Support the bride, groom and bridal party with any day-of pre-event needs
- Oversee the ceremony
- Liaison with the ceremony site coordinator
- Ensure the DJ/musicians and/or entertainers are equipped and ready
- Ceremony programs are available for all guests (if applicable)
- Oversee the reception timeline
- Liaison with the Band/DJ, photographer/videographer and MC to ensure they are following through with the Bride and Grooms requests
- Assist wedding guests as needed ie. seating, food restrictions etc.
- Liaison with the caterer as needed to ensure food services are provided as per request by the bride and groom
- Remain on site to attend to bride and groom until their departure (by request)
KEI Notes
- Two KEI consultants are included with each package
- If your guest list exceeds 300 people, one additional consultant is required
- All packages listed are for event coordination and sourcing only
- All vendors and suppliers are paid separately
